The Private AI Assessment

Find out whether your firm needs this. In writing.

Most firms with 10 to 75 professionals do not need a private AI installation. Some do. The assessment tells you which, with the numbers behind it, before you commit to anything.

01 / What we look at

Four questions, answered with your data.

What your professionals are already doing with AI

Which tools, which tasks, and how much client content is going into them today.

Where your client content actually goes

A plain-language map of the data paths from your firm to public model providers, and what your engagement letters and WISP currently say about it.

Which three workflows to baseline

The document drafting, workpaper, and client communication workflows where measured time recovery is most likely at your firm.

What a private setup would cost you each quarter

Your tier, your installation figure, your Managed AI fee, and the capacity model run on your numbers rather than our example.

02 / What you receive

A written report. Yours whether or not you hire us.

Ten to fifteen pages. The findings, the risk exposure as it stands, the three workflows and their baseline, the recommendation, and the strongest case against proceeding. If the honest answer is that your firm is fine with a policy and some training, the report says so.

03 / Who does the work

Two people. One accountable answer.

DJ Le Rouse leads the assessment: an accounting degree and MBA from Arizona State, thirty years across technology, accounting, and strategy consulting, and the person who makes sure the recommendation fits how a CPA practice actually runs. Alex leads the technical review: the systems, the data boundary, and what the Sovereign Stack would look like inside your office. Nothing in the report is delegated to an analyst.

04 / How it runs

Two weeks, start to report.

Week 1, Day 1

Kickoff session

90 minutes with the partners. What you use, what worries you, what a good outcome looks like.

Week 1

Discovery

Short structured interviews with up to five professionals. A review of your current tools, policies, and engagement letter language.

Week 2

Analysis

We build the data map, baseline the three workflows, and run the capacity model on your figures.

Week 2, Day 10

Report session

60 minutes. We walk you through the report and the recommendation. You keep everything.

05 / If you proceed

The $9,500 comes off the installation.

Book an installation within 90 days of the report and the full assessment fee is credited against it. The report becomes the first two weeks of the Absorption Method, so nothing is repeated.

Thirty minutes to decide whether the assessment makes sense.

No slides, no client data, no preparation. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so on the call.
