Privacy notice

A clear account of what this website handles.

PrivateStride is built around careful data boundaries. This notice explains the information involved when you visit this website or contact us.

The short version

The public website asks for very little.

You can read the site without creating an account. Do not send client records, taxpayer information, credentials, or other confidential information through this website or an introductory email.

Website visits

Basic request records may be created.

Hosting, network, and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Audit request

The form opens your email app.

The current form builds a draft on your device. A limited measurement event is recorded when you select the button, but the website does not send the draft through a PrivateStride form endpoint.

Site measurement

Vercel Web Analytics is enabled.

It helps us understand page visits and selected interactions. PrivateStride has not added advertising pixels to the current public website.

Information involved

What we may receive

Information you choose to send

Business contact and inquiry details

If you email us, we may receive your name, work email, firm, role, firm size, scheduling preferences, and the business question you describe. If you send an audit request, your email service sends that message only after you review and send it.

When you select the audit form button, the analytics event can include the selected firm-size range, selected priority, and whether the page was opened for hosted-edition interest. It is not configured to include the name, email, firm name, role, or email draft in that event.

Email is not the place for client documents or confidential client facts. Describe workflows at a high level.

Information created by a visit

Operational and security data

Web infrastructure commonly records an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page, response status, and security or error events. Our hosting, network, and security providers may process these records under their own service terms and retention settings.

Vercel also provides site analytics. Depending on the request and available signals, analytics records can include the page URL, approximate country, referring page, browser, device type, operating system, and timestamp. Selected interactions can also include the limited custom-event fields described on this page. Hosting and analytics records are governed by the provider’s applicable terms and settings. PrivateStride does not use the current site to build advertising profiles.

Purpose and access

Why information is used, and who may handle it

We use it to run the relationship.

  • Respond to questions and arrange requested conversations.
  • Evaluate whether our services may fit your firm.
  • Maintain ordinary business and correspondence records.
  • Understand page use and selected website interactions.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and secure the website.
  • Meet legal obligations and protect legitimate rights.

Access stays connected to a business need.

Information may be handled by authorized PrivateStride personnel and by providers that support hosting, network delivery, analytics, security, and email. It may also be shared with professional advisers, or when required by law or reasonably needed to protect people, systems, or legal rights.

The current website is not configured to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Kept for a reason, not by default forever.

We keep correspondence and business records for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, relationship, legal duties, dispute prevention, and security. Infrastructure providers set their own operational log periods.

Security

Reasonable safeguards, without absolute promises.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and context. No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your questions

Ask us about your information.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you sent us. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or ordinary business reasons.
