These terms cover your use of the public PrivateStride website. They do not replace a proposal, statement of work, lease, support agreement, or other signed client agreement.

The website informs. A signed agreement engages.

PrivateStride is a trade name used by DJLRC, Inc., an Arizona corporation. By using this website, you agree to these website terms.

Website content

General information, not professional advice

The site describes PrivateStride, common business and security issues, and our general approach. It is not legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, investment, or other professional advice. Your firm and its advisers remain responsible for decisions, professional work, and compliance obligations.

Client services

The signed documents control.

A website visit, email, or introductory audit does not create a client, fiduciary, confidential, or professional relationship. Services begin only under documents signed by the parties.

If website language differs from a signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, lease, or other engagement document, the signed document controls that engagement.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and without harming others.

You may

  • Read and share links to public pages.
  • Print limited copies for your firm’s internal evaluation.
  • Contact us with a legitimate business or security question.
  • Quote short portions with clear attribution.

You may not

  • Interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Use automated traffic that burdens or disrupts the service.
  • Send malware, unlawful material, or deceptive messages.
  • Misrepresent PrivateStride content, identity, or affiliation.
  • Copy or republish substantial content without permission.

Security researchers should follow our responsible disclosure process.

Messages and materials

Do not send client data through the public site.

The audit request opens a draft in your email application. You decide whether to send it.

Keep inquiries high level.

Do not include client names, taxpayer information, credentials, engagement files, security secrets, or other confidential information in a website request or introductory email.

You keep ownership.

You retain rights in material you send. You give us permission to use it as reasonably needed to read, route, respond to, and keep ordinary records of your request.

No unsolicited confidential submissions.

Unless we already have a signed agreement covering the information, an unsolicited message is not treated as client confidential information under a professional engagement.

Ownership

Our work remains our work.

The website design, text, graphics, logos, and other site materials are owned by DJLRC, Inc. or used with permission. The PrivateStride name and branding may not be used to imply our approval, sponsorship, or affiliation without written permission.

Third-party resources

Other sites set their own terms.

We link to public agencies and other third-party resources when they may be useful. A link is not an endorsement or a promise that the other site is complete, current, secure, or available. Their terms and privacy practices control their services.

Availability and responsibility

The site is provided without a promise of uninterrupted access.

We work to keep public information useful and the website available. We do not promise that every page will always be available, error-free, complete, or current.
