Guarantee terms

A result agreed in writing before the clock starts.

The 90-day guarantee is tied to your firm’s baseline, selected workflows, participation commitments, and a mutually agreed target. This page is a public summary. Your signed proposal and statement of work control.

Written before launch

Five facts make the promise measurable.

The engagement documents remove ambiguity before implementation begins.

01

Covered workflows

The specific processes included in the measurement, with a defined start and finish for each.

02

Baseline

The agreed starting measurement, source data, observation period, and assumptions.

03

Target

A mutually agreed numerical target based on the firm’s own baseline. This public page does not set it for you.

04

Measurement period

The date the 90-day period begins, any agreed readiness conditions, and the date results are evaluated.

05

Remedy

The covered implementation and adoption work PrivateStride continues at no additional charge until the target is met, provided the written conditions remain satisfied.

What PrivateStride owns

Installation, enablement, and correction.

We perform the implementation and adoption work identified in the statement of work. We monitor agreed indicators, review friction with your champions, and adjust the covered workflows during the measurement period.

If the agreed target is not met, we continue the covered work at no additional charge until the target is met, provided the participation and other written conditions remain satisfied. The signed remedy explains the covered work and how pauses, material changes, and unmet conditions are handled.

What the firm owns

Participation and professional judgment.

  • Provide timely access, decisions, and accurate baseline data.
  • Appoint champions and attend the agreed sessions.
  • Use the covered workflows in the agreed operating conditions.
  • Tell us about staffing, volume, systems, or process changes.
  • Review AI-assisted work before it is relied on or delivered.

Measurement

Comparable work, visible assumptions, shared numbers.

The measurement plan is documented with the engagement. It defines comparable work, data sources, calculation rules, exclusions, and how changes are handled.

The dashboard is evidence, not self-grading.

The firm can inspect the source measures and the calculation. Usage may help explain adoption, but usage alone is not treated as recovered time. Negative or neutral results are not silently removed from the review.

Read the measurement methodology

Material changes are handled in writing.

A delayed installation, unavailable system, changed workflow, missing participation, exceptional work mix, or other material condition can make the original comparison unreliable. The signed documents explain when the schedule, baseline, target, or remedy may be adjusted.

Before you sign

Ask for the number and its rules.

Your proposal should make the target, baseline, responsibilities, timing, and remedy easy to identify. Ask questions until each is clear.

Capacity & AI risk assessment

Start by finding the baseline.

The audit maps likely capacity opportunities. Any guarantee target comes later, after your firm’s workflows and measurement plan are agreed in writing.
